Tornen els germans Robinson dos anys després del seu últim LP i en un disc gravat en deu dies a Nashville de la ma de Jay Joyce que tambè va ser el productor de l'anterior.

Els germans Robinson tornen a la càrrega amb una tona de plomes, desprès del magnífic Happines Bastards, amb un àlbum de rock dens i potent, el que millor saben fer, amb una intensitat i passió que ja voldrien moltes bandes joves. Les modes van i venen, el bon rock no té substitut.
ResponEliminaEste "Profane Prophecy" que presentas tiene un aire stoniano evidente, no solo en el sonido de la guitarra y el ambiente melódico que crea, también en la manera en que se expone Chris Robinson como frontman, muy a lo Jagger, aunque en el escenario él siempre ha actuado de esa manera.

Siempre me ha parecido una banda excelente de rock con referencias muy evidentes a Stones, Zeppelin, AC-DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc, el buen rock no tiene sustitución posible como tampoco la tiene Jagger por mucho que se empeñe Chris Robinson en ser su hermano gemelo, ¡jajajaja!
